  • How many requests per second can I make using your API, and is it possible to increase this limit while using the pay-as-you-go plan?

    Answer:

Most APIs have limitations on the number of requests you can make per second to ensure stability and performance for all users. For smaller packages, we recommend limiting your requests to 1-5 per second to avoid exceeding the allowed limits.

If your usage exceeds a certain threshold, such as 1 million requests per month, you may qualify for a higher request rate, allowing for more requests per second. Unfortunately, for users on the pay-as-you-go plan or those with lower request volumes, increasing the request limit beyond the standard rate is typically not possible.

To optimize your usage and stay within the allowed limits, consider staggering your requests or batching them in a way that adheres to the recommended rate. If you anticipate needing to make a large number of requests simultaneously, such as when triggering multiple actions at once, please contact our support team to discuss possible solutions tailored to higher usage requirements.
